Product Description

Mainstream Material Series

Low-alloy high-strength structural steel (commonly used)
Representative grades: Q355B / Q355D, S355JR/J0/J2
Characteristics: high strength, good weldability, and excellent cost-effectiveness; Grade D is suitable for low-temperature service conditions.
Applications: Steel structures for industrial plants, equipment bases, platform walkways, and support trusses.
Chromium-molybdenum alloy high-strength steel (for heavy-load extreme operating conditions)
Representative: 42CrMo and 15CrMo series components (welded / forged fittings)
Properties: high strength, excellent hardenability, resistance to high-temperature creep, and fatigue resistance.
Applications: heavy-duty hinged supports, high-temperature equipment frames, and load-bearing joints of large machinery.
Yield Strength: ≥355 MPa (standard high-strength) / Customized with enhanced wear resistance
Tensile strength: mainstream range of 470–630 MPa
Low-Temperature Impact: -20°C / -40°C V-notch impact (Grade D, mandatory for extreme cold environments)
Weldability: Low crack sensitivity, suitable for field assembly.
Corrosion protection grade: C2/C3 for standard applications; C4/C5 for heavy marine corrosion resistance—customizable.
Tolerance requirements: Length, end-face flatness, and perpendicularity shall comply with GB/T 10947 and the Code for Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering.
Wear-resistant alloy structural steel
Representative: NM450/NM500 wear-resistant plate + alloy profile combination
Features: impact and abrasion resistance, cut‑resistant wear performance, and a service life far exceeding that of standard carbon steel.
Applications: silo liners, chutes, crusher frames, and steel structures for mine discharge systems.
