Texwipe Alpha® series swabs are made from 100% polyester fiber woven construction. 。 It employs a heat‑bonding manufacturing process, thereby eliminating contamination from adhesives. The cotton swabs are produced in a cleanroom using high‑precision automated procedures to ensure precise construction and consistent dimensional tolerances, as well as low levels of non‑volatile residues and ions. Production batch numbers facilitate product traceability and quality control. The packaging bags are free of silicone oils and amide compounds.
