Product Overview
Consistently Pre‑Moistened AlphaSat® Pre‑Moistened Cleanroom Wipes are manufactured from 100% polyester AlphaWipe® material using cold‑knife cutting in a cleanroom environment. Their unique knitted structure ensures low particle release, making them ideal for wiping and cleaning rough surfaces. The wipe surface is resistant to abrasion and minimizes the shedding of particles and fibers into both the process and the surrounding environment. AlphaSat® wipes are pre‑moistened with USP‑grade solutions: 70% isopropyl alcohol/30% ultrapure water, 6% isopropyl alcohol/94% ultrapure water, or 70% denatured ethanol/30% ultrapure water, all filtered through 0.2 µm filters. These cleanroom wipes deliver consistent pre‑moistening levels and low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, optimizing cleaning efficiency. AlphaSat® sterile products are gamma‑irradiated to meet AAMI Class 10⁻⁶ sterility standards and pass endotoxin testing. Material/Construction: 100% polyester; cold‑knife cutting; suitable for cleanroom environments: ISO Classes 4–8, Class 10–100,000, EU Grades A–D.
